(Note: Before procced to STEP 2 wait for the email where you will receive the result of your evaluation)
STEP 2:
Make an appointment before the guidance counselor for a personal interview and secure GSTC slip through this email address gstcpanabo@umindanao.edu.ph
STEP 3:
Fill out the Online Student Registration (OSR) through this link umpc.umindanao.edu.ph or visit the University of Mindanao website at panabo.umindanao.edu.ph
A Reference Number will be issued upon the completion of the form.
Keep the reference number for your online payment
STEP 4:
Pay the downpayment through any payment center or bank

*Official receipt will be available after 2 to 3 banking or working days
STEP 5:
Wait for an email or SMS alert where you will receive a confirmation stating your Student ID Number and Access Code. If you do not receive any confirmation you may call the Cashier office at (084) 628-5427 or email at: cashierpanabo@umindanao.edu.ph.
Please send your confirmation to racpanabo@umindanao.edu.ph with your Student ID Number and full name for the loading of desired program and credited subjects in the system.
STEP 6:
Login to the M Panabo College Student Portal through this link umpc.umindanao.edu.ph
STEP 7:
Under ONLINE ENROLMENT, click on ENROLL COURSE.
STEP 8:
Click on ENLIST to choose your preferred subjects and schedule as advised by the system.
STEP 9:
Click on SUBMIT FINAL for your class schedule. After that, take a screenshot of your enrolled subjects.
This will serve as the temporary copy of your Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1).
Issuance of your UM Panabo College email address through the email address you specified in your Online Student Registration (OSR). You can also view your "umindanao email address" thru the student portal under "Announcement"
STEP 10:
Sign and claim your printed Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1) and I.D. at the Registrar's Office and I.D. section the time you submit the admission requirements.

Proceed to Registrar's Office for temporary evaluation and present informative copy of Transcript of Records (Bring 1 photocopy of TOR)
STEP 2:
Proceed to Guidance Services and Testing Center (GSTC) for interview.
STEP 3:
Fill out the Online Student Registration (OSR) through this link umpc.umindanao.edu.ph or visit the UM Panabo website at panabo.umindanao.edu.ph
A Reference Number will be issued upon the completion of the form.
Keep the reference number for your onsite payment
STEP 4:
Pay downpayment at the cashier's office and get your official receipt
STEP 5:
Proceed to the Registrar's office and submit the Admission Requirements
STEP 6:
Proceed to the Assigned Operator for encoding of subjects and claim the printed Certificate of Matriculation (UMPC Form 1).
Issuance of your UM Panabo College email address through the email address you specified in your Online Student Registration (OSR). You can also view your "umindanao email address" thru the student portal under "Announcement".
STEP 7:
Go to Dean's office for issuance of Quipper Account
STEP 8:
Proceed to I.D. section at Computing Laboratory for I.D. issuance
