ONLINE ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFEREE
- STEP 1: Submit the following to
racpanabo@umindanao.edu.ph for
evaluation
- Letter of Intent
- Desired program
- Student contact number
- Scanned copy of Transcript of Records
- Any valid I.D.
Before proceeding to STEP 2, wait for the evaluation result email
- STEP 2: Schedule an appointment with the guidance counselor for interview and get GSTC slip via gstcpanabo@umindanao.edu.ph
- STEP 3: Complete Online
Student Registration (OSR) at umpc.umindanao.edu.ph
Keep the issued Reference Number for payment
- STEP 4: Pay downpayment through:
- STEP 5: Wait for confirmation
email/SMS with Student ID Number and Access Code
If no confirmation, contact Cashier at (084) 628-5427 or cashierpanabo@umindanao.edu.ph
Forward confirmation to racpanabo@umindanao.edu.ph with Student ID and full name
- STEP 6: Login to UM Panabo Student Portal at umpc.umindanao.edu.ph
- STEP 7: Under ONLINE ENROLMENT, click ENROLL COURSE
- STEP 8: Click ENLIST to choose subjects/schedule
- STEP 9: Click SUBMIT
FINAL and screenshot your schedule
This serves as temporary Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1)
UM email will be sent to address in OSR or view under "Announcement"
- STEP 10: Claim printed Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1) and ID at Registrar's Office when submitting requirements
SUBMIT THESE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE SEMESTER ENDS:
- Original copy of Certificate of Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential
- Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Informative Copy of Transcript of Records
- Original + photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Original + photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Original Medical Certificate (for Medical courses)
ONSITE ENROLMENT FOR TRANSFEREE
- STEP 1: Go to Registrar's Office for evaluation (bring 1 photocopy of TOR)
- STEP 2: Proceed to Guidance Services and Testing Center (GSTC) for interview
- STEP 3: Complete Online
Student Registration (OSR) at umpc.umindanao.edu.ph
Keep the issued Reference Number for payment
- STEP 4: Pay downpayment at Cashier's office and get receipt
- STEP 5: Submit Admission Requirements at Registrar's Office
- STEP 6: Get subjects encoded
and claim printed Certificate of Matriculation (UMPC Form 1)
UM email will be sent to address in OSR or view under "Announcement"
- STEP 7: Get Quipper Account from Dean's office
- STEP 8: Proceed to Computing Lab for ID issuance
SUBMIT THESE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE SEMESTER ENDS:
- Original + photocopy of High School Card (F-138a)
- Original + photocopy of Good Moral Character Certificate
- Original + photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Original + photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
- One (1) 2x2 ID picture
